dc.description.abstractSustainable tourism is becoming an important trend in the development of the global tourism industry, while also facing many major challenges regarding natural resource conservation and community development. Green Human Resource Management, with environmental protection strategies and encouraging nature-friendly behaviors, is considered an indispensable factor to support the sustainable development goals of the tourism industry. This paper analyzes the role of green human resource management in tourism, thereby identifying trends and practical application solutions aimed at building a tourism industry that develops harmoniously with nature and society.en_US
