Giáo dục kỹ năng mềm cho sinh viên Trường Đại học Đà Lạt: Thực trạng và giải pháp

Abstract

Using survey data of 620 students at Dalat University (February 2023), the article analyzes: (1) Current status of soft skills education for students at Dalat University; (2) Point out barriers that limit soft skills education for students. Research results show that students are aware of the importance of soft skills; Soft skills education for students is carried out in many diverse forms. The study also pointed out that the biggest barrier limiting soft skills education for students at Da Lat University is "There is no real environment to practice, communicate, and experience in life." On that basis, propose solutions to improve soft skills for students at Da Lat University.
