Abstract

This study explores the formation of human capital in the two-period models with and without physical capital accumulation. It examines how human capital is accumulated across successive stages, without genuine surprise, basically relies on the way that households devote their savings to invest in education and/or training. This paper also shows that the human capital accumulation process and its role as the key engine of economic growth.
