Abstract:
This paper aims to study the impact of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program on economic growth by an Overlapping Generation (OLG) Model. The long-run growth rate of the economy is fueled by the investment in CSR action, and the government levies taxes on labor income and capital returns to finance this investment. The research investigates the interplay between CSR activity and the effects of tax policies.
