Biography
Dr. Hoang Thanh Tung graduated from the Hue University of Sciences (Vietnam) with a major in plant physiology. He is a a lecturer at Dalat University. He is trained Plant Anatomy at Calgary University (Canada) and Field of Bio-industrial Science at Tsukuba University (Japan). He has more than 140 peer reviewed international and national publications, book editor of a book “Plant tissue culture: New techniques and application in horticultural species of tropical region” for Springer Nature Publishers (Singapore, 2022) and “Metal nanoparticles in plant tissue culture” for Springer Nature Publishers (Singapore, 2024); contributors of 2 book chapters for the Springer Publishers, and has delivered numerous oral and posters presentations in numerous international meetings. His main research orientation is plant cell, tissue and organ culture; plant physiology; plant biotechnology; hydroponic and microponic; histology studies; nanoparticles in plant biotechnology.
