My name is Kieu or Calla (English name). I am a lecturer at Faculty of Tourism, Dalat University (DLU), Vietnam and currently a PhD candidate in tourism, James Cook University (JCU), Australia.
Research interests: Host-tourist interaction, ethnic tourism, community-based on tourism, community well-being, and sustainable tourism development.
Professional skills and experiences: Researching and publishing in multi peer-reviewed journal articles in Vietnamese and English, teaching, project consulting, and customer service training.
